We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Durham, NC.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting lab quality control processes and improvements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and SOPs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing Quality Control (QC) documentation support to operations.
• Performing QC review of lab documentation.
• Supporting the review and update of QC related SOP’s.
• Supporting client audits by responding to routine inquiries and reviewing documentation ahead of audit to ensure readiness.
• Supporting quality control educational programs: in-house workshops, presentations, training and seminars for new hires and existing staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Sound knowledge of laboratory quality systems and laboratory procedures.
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
