We are seeking a Laboratory Associate to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Durham, NC.

As a Laboratory Associate, you will be responsible for conducting routine testing procedures to support clinical trials research.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Conduct routine specimen analysis and document results in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Assess the validity of analytical results and escalate discrepancies to senior lab personnel.
• Prepare necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.
• Perform secondary review of analytical results, if qualified.
• Manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
• Contribute to the development of new lab procedures and techniques.
• Maintain lab environment according to 6S standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
• At least 6 months of relevant lab experience.
• Familiarity with lab principles, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role:

• Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and chemical handling.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology.
• Basic computer skills and ability to control workflow.
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,100.00 - $68,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
