We are seeking a Decentralized Trial Solutions Manager to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Durham North Carolina.

This position is critical to supporting Q2‘s decentralized trials offerings and providing client-facing expertise on validations, science and our DCT offerings. Project manage the Development, launch, and support delivery of decentralized trial solutions.

What you’ll be doing: 

·Lead cross functional teams to develop and implement project plans to launch virtual trial solutions.

·Support business development team by presenting to clients and documenting capabilities.

·Document customer needs, observe trends, and recommend services to develop and/or enhance.

·Create and formalize partnerships with 3rd parties.

·Support study and operational teams in the delivery of decentralized (virtual) trial solutions on studies

What We Are Looking For: 

·Bachelor’s degree required, with life science discipline preferred. Medical technology background preferred. MBA or master’s degree preferred.

·Laboratory / science: Experience working for a laboratory services company preferred.

·Clinical Trials: Experience working for a clinical trial services company preferred.

·Years of experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience with clinical trials and/or developing services.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

·Protocols: Experience reviewing and interpreting protocols for the purpose of recommending laboratory solutions, service delivery risks and opportunities, and potential lab related improvements preferred.

·Service Development: Experience developing new services (and products), including developing new processes and building business cases.

·Process Improvement: Experience improving existing processes.

·Cross functional experience: Experience working across functions including commercial, science, laboratory operations, project services, logistics, clinical trial materials, etc.
