Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.

• Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.

• Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.

• Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.

• Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.

• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in a technical analyst role focused on clinical data programming and Data Visualization using tools such as Python, Spotfire, or similar.

• Strong experience with Python programming (PySpark, Databricks, Pandas, Numpy, etc.) is mandatory for this role.

• Basic understanding of CDISC SDTM Standards and/or prior experience working with clinical trial data strongly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
