Senior Digital Producer Specialist

We are seeking exceptional talent to update clinical trial websites in a multicultural team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Launch clinical trial patient recruitment and awareness programs.

- Develop, unit test and implement content, website configurations, and data integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage third-party vendor integrations.

- Proactively monitor project status and provide delivery updates.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

- Deep understanding of Sitecore CMS functionality (content editing, templating, personalization, analytics).

- Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years of CMS configuration and content management experience.

- Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Expertise

- Experience with Sitecore XP/XM Cloud Content Management System (CMS), Sitecore Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Sitecore Send.

- Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript; Application Programming Interface (API); and Survey Tools such as (Alchemer/SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.)

- Proficiency in Sitecore development tools and best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to content publishing and website functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Quality Standards and ICH (International Council for Harmonization) Technical Requirements.

- Global team experience.

- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
