We are seeking an Associate Scientist, LCMS to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Indianapolis, IN.

As an Associate Scientist, you will perform routine in-vitro screening under supervision and assist senior laboratory staff in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing routine in vitro screens analysis using automated liquid handling platform.
• Scheduling new in-vitro screens and resolving pending work.
• Working with senior laboratory staff to quantitate data, interpreting results and reporting final results to client.
• Archiving final bioanalytical data and results.
• Assisting in basic equipment maintenance and operational verification of laboratory equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology or related field.
• 5 years’ relevant lab experience.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, LCMS preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Ability to implement good laboratory practices and other standards within area of responsibility.
• Good documentation skills and ability to manage and maintain complete and accurate records of experiments.
• Knowledge of LCMS.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,500.00 - $87,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
