This position is posted under IQVIA’s Information Management organization. IQVIA’s Information Management organization provides industry leading technical services and solutions to our customers. We are looking to add a Technical Delivery Lead to support the Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform also known as CHIP.
Key responsibilities:
Operational support for the IQVIA Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform. (CHIP).
Responsible for being the primary contact for external clients and 3rd party vendors.
Tracking and monitoring for all weekly processing and client releases.
Provide application and tier 1 ETL support for processing failures.
Triage of platform / processing issues to the next level of support as required. (data source team, product team, etc..).
Manage relationship with internal IQVIA stakeholders.
Manage ongoing operations meetings with internal / external stakeholders.
Oversee application QC and product testing.
Create and deliver reporting metrics as required.
Manage and direct offshore resources on a regular basis to ensure weekly delivers are being met.
Ability to cover weekend and after-hours, on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications / Skills:
3 – 5 years’ experience with Snowflake, Atomic, and Python.
Required Experience / Skills:
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.
At least three years’ experience as an operations lead supporting enterprise-wide data platforms.
At least two years’ experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
Experience in monitoring bi-directional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems.
Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or CloudFront.
Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders.
Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments.
Proficiency with the Python programming language.
Proven track record of leading and scaling operations teams.
Experience in managing offshore teams and providing 24/7 operations support.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
