部門機能：CSMS

日本で初めてコントラクトMR事業を開始以来、国内CSO市場で業界トップクラスのサービスラインアップ、MR数、売上規模を誇るIQVIA。コア事業のMRサービスでは、異業種モデル、数百人規模の大型プロジェクト、製品・領域・エリアを一括受諾するCSOマネジメント型モデル、先鋭メンバーによるドリームチーム、がん・中枢神経系などのスペシャルティMRを先駆けて展開してきました。さらにメディカル・サイエンス・リエゾン（MSL)、看護師・薬剤師等によるクリニカルエデュケーター、PMS専門モニターなどの高度専門チーム、外資企業の日本進出・国内企業の海外進出支援、組織コンサルティングなど、欧米で普及している先進サービスをを拡充。近年では、医療機関経営や患者支援サービスなど、広くヘルスケア産業に多様なサービスを提供しています。コロナ禍における新しいトランスフォーメーション、Patient centricityへの注目、 DX/生成AIなどの台頭、HCP側の働き方改革など業界が目まぐるしく変わってきている中、製薬企業各社が変革を求められている。その鍵となるのは、現場の変革であり、その実行力を高めることが重要である。IQVIA CSMS部門の現場力“チェンジエージェント機能”を最大限に活かし、業界の変革をリードしていく。

業務内容：

CSOからヘルスケアサービスプロバイダーへ。製薬業界を超え、ヘルスケア業界全体で課題解決を支援する総合人材事業。MRの経験を活かした新しいサービス展開へ（MR Transformation+MR以外の専門性への拡がり。ヘルスケアの課題解決をヒトを介して実現（製薬企業だけではなくヘルスケアマーケットへ）。IQVIACSMS チェンジマネージメント部門として新規事業の立上げをリード（部門戦略の策定、事業PL/投資計画の管理、採用/組織構築、BD/デリバリーリード、ソートリーダーシップ）

応募要件：

•コンサルティングファームにおいて、ライフサイエンス企業/ヘルスケア関連企業におけるチェンジマネジメント領域でのBD/デリバリー経験を有する方

•IQVIAのアセットやケーパビリティを活かしつつ、新規ビジネスを立上げ、リードしていきたいという意欲のある方

•IQVIAの多彩な他部門との連携を活かし、新しいOffering Modelを創造することに意欲のある方
