We are currently looking for an intern to join our Human Resources team in Milan.
As an intern with IQVIA, you will be responsible, under supervision, in supporting HR Business Partners of the local HR team in managing different types of activities such as:
Activities related to onboarding of new joiners,offer letter and employment contract creation, internal communications
Activation,managementand monitoring of internships, managing feedback session interviews
Maintenance and update of internal systems, internal HR ticketing system
Participate in internal HR and Business meetings
Gaining experience in dealing with local and international HR dynamics within a complex multinational environment
Support HRBP in preparing reports and deliverables related to specific topics such as headcount forecast, budget definition, compensations & performance management
Desired Skills and Experience
MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Management, Political Science, Humanities, Psychologyor Law
Specialized Master in Human Resource Managementwill be considered a plus
Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus
Strong internal customer focus
Demonstrate excellentMicrosoft Office Skills: ability in working with Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
Solid communication skills
Proficiency both in English and Italian
Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and to work on a team
