Job Description: 

FrontEnd Developer II will be in charge of take client requirements, map them into different tools and documented it. The position will provide the final sketch for the developers team and help the FrontEnd team to build the new visuals. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and gather requirements for frontend development projects.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain UX/UI designs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
  • Develop reusable and modular components in React.js to streamline development and improve maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize frontend performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the frontend development process.
  • Manage and prioritize user stories in Jira, ensuring clear documentation and tracking of progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with React.js, including a solid understanding of component lifecycle, state management (e.g., Redux), and hooks.
  • Strong background in UX/UI design, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including ES6+ features and best practices.
  • Experience with frontend build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2+) to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing user stories in Jira, including creating, updating, and prioritizing tasks.
