Key responsibilities:
- Translation of Lab Manual (LM) and Flowchart (FC),
- Placing Kit Order and performing QC
- Memo/Letter Translation, ad hoc translation as required
- Performing QC check on Import Permit/ Tube List
- Performing QC check on updated site information in the database
- Facilitate signature process of Change Order / Task Order final sign-off
- Faxing
- Mailing
- Process invoices
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by internal team as well as Manager

Requirements: 
- English communication skills including writing and reading. (Speaking is also preferred)
- Experience in administrative tasks

Preferred: 
Translation experience English <-> Japanese
