We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting scanned documents and images into editable and searchable text using Optical Character Recognition technology. The Content Design Specialist will need to possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in OCR software and tools.
Candidate will be responsible for formatting and layout design of various documents, including brochures, manuals, reports, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in desktop publishing software and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize OCR software to convert scanned documents and images into editable text.
- Review and verify OCR results to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot OCR errors and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize OCR processes and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Design and layout various documents using desktop publishing software.
- Ensure consistency in branding and style guidelines across all documents.
- Incorporate graphics, images, and multimedia elements into documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide input and recommendations for improving document design and layout.
