Job Overview

• Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutionsbased on business needs and requirements.
• Focuses on software quality standardsfor all aspects of work.
• Establishes advanced software test standards and methods.
• Conducts complex software tests.

Essential Functions

• Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutionsusing specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise.
• Works at all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interface and backend development.
• Analyzes and evaluates code issuesand makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
• Leads projects and programswithin own organization with moderate complexity and scope.
• Focuses on software quality standards; establishes advanced software test standards and methods.
• Conducts complex software tests.
• Performs code reviews and optimizationof existing queries.
• May assist in on-boarding new Software Engineersto the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experiencerequired.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,800.00 - $181,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
