Summary
Design, develop, implement, integrate and manage technology solutions for customer support platforms built on ServiceNow and Intelligent Notification. Provide a seamless enterprise support solution for customers. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Coordinate and link the computer systems to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering. Test, maintain, and monitor ServiceNow and Intelligent Notifications, including coordinating the installation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert to deliver of all technology platforms required by the support organization including but not limited to ServiceNow and metrics reporting
- Application configuration of ServiceNow and other support tools
- Integration of IT Service Management platform to other platforms
- Development of employee support portal utilizing ServiceNow portal technology
- Development of required metric reporting leveraging ServiceNow and reporting tools
- Engineers software, system and/or programming solutions across projects and/or technologies to meet internal and external needs
- Prepares complex design, development, implementation, and maintenance plans for systems
- Programs, tests, and documents systems in accordance with programming standards and validation procedures
- Performs peer review of work products such as code, designs, and test plans produced by other team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years ServiceNow developer experience
- ServiceNow portal developer experience with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular, media queries and Bootstrap (2+ years)
- Advanced JavaScript experience and familiar with JSON (5 years)
- Integration technologies such as REST and SOAP messages (5 years)
- Experience configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow certified developer or certified administrator
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
- Experience with SNOW dashboard, reporting, and performance analytics
