We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Education Nurse to join our healthcare team in Hong Kong. The primary role of this position is to educate and support patients and their families in the proper use of medical devices.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid nursing qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
• Strong interpersonal and educational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive instruction and support to patients and family members on the use of medical devices.
• Ensure patients understand their treatment plans and are comfortable with self-administration techniques.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up education as needed.
• Report and document adverse events (AEs) according to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
