Job Summary:
Perform routine in-vitro screening under supervision according to predefined methodology. Assist senior laboratory staff in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform routine in vitro screens analysis using automated liquid handling platform under supervision.
- Schedule new in-vitro screens and resolve pending work.
- Work with senior laboratory staff to quantitate data, interpret results, and report final results to clients in accordance with assay timeline.
- Archive final bioanalytical data and results.
- Assist in basic equipment maintenance and operational verification of laboratory equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field preferred.
- 5 years’ relevant lab experience.
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, with particular focus on instrument use and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to implement good laboratory practices and other standards within area of responsibility.
- Good documentation skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $47,600.00 - $79,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
