We are looking for an intern to join our local panel team, based in Madrid. 

About the role

We are looking for a committed young professional who wants to develop analytical, organization and commercial skills in the position of Sell-out Product Manager Trainee. As an Intern within the sell-out team, you will collaborate on projects related to the analysis of data, trends, and dynamics of the pharmaceutical market (both for the prescription market and for Consumer Health) and services and business development.

The length of the position will be 12 months full-time and will have a salary package + benefit.

Main responsibilities

Support the sell-out team in the following tasks:

• To serve as an analyst for senior sell-out Product Managers in all offering for all the accounts, participating on analysis and service deliverables design and execution.
• Processing, cleaning, and verifying the integrity of the data used for the analysis carried out in the sell-out team.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of pharma market data to better understand its dynamics. Turning data into valuable information.
• Creation of ad-hoc studies to provide solutions to all our customer needs (pharmaceutical industry).
• To improve and optimize the functioning on all sell-out processes.
• To support the eCommerce team.
• To prepare the monthly and ad-hoc information for media publishes and associations.
• Contributing to internal and external brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and methodologies.
• To participate into business cases regarding the definition of new offerings and line extensions.
• Incident resolution support (internally).

Requirements

The person applying to the position ideally should be organized, efficient, focused, with high attention to detail, resolutive and proactive.

• Graduated in: Biotechnology, Biostatistics, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering… (scientific profile preferred).
• High level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High English level.
• Valuable knowledge related to: Data Processing/Programming (SAS, R, Python, etc.), Database Management (SQL, Oracle, etc.), Data Visualization (Tableau, Qlik, etc.), Machine Learning.
• Valuable international experience.
• Valuable previous knowledges/experience related to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, to function within a professional work environment.
