JOB OVERVIEW:

Under general supervision, designs, develops, and maintains the pipelines, infrastructure, tools, and frameworks needed to facilitate the collection, analysis,modelling and visualization of data.

Description:

Designs and builds automated and scalable data analytics processes to develop dashboards to visualize and report metrics and KPIs for senior leadership to support business operations as part of our US&CAN Analytics Hub. Focuses on the data modeling and reporting of data through Power BI.

Ensures that quality dashboards are developed and maintained serving all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains GTM dashboard analytics ready datasets to visualize and build metrics with data for analytics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency aligned with business goals.

  • Design and implement data models in Power BI to ensure data quality, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Create and update documentation for dashboard processes, data flows, and system configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise in data engineering.

  •  Continuously optimize dashboards and processes to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases and data warehouses.

  • Implements data governance practices to ensure dashboarding reporting strategy and support model to ensure consistency, quality, and customer service excellence.

Experience:

  •  2–3 years of proven experience in Power BI tools or comparable tool inBI field (Tableau, Spotfire, Celonis, etc.).

  • Intermediate SQL knowledge – data extraction and ETL (edit, transform, load)

  • Proficiency in BI visualization UX/UI design for go-to-market data domain

  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

  • Understanding of ETL concepts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

  • Knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.

  • Experience with data mapping and data transformation rules.

  • Skills in data quality assessment, data profiling, and data cleansing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  •  Best scenario - PowerBI experience.

  • For any other BI tool - at least 2 years. Daily work

  • Understanding the full process of creating a BI solution.
