What You’ll Experience:

Project Leadership: Participate in or lead teams to design, develop, and deliver consulting projects, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction.

Client-Centric Solutions: Analyze client requirements, develop cost-effective proposals, and provide innovative solutions that enhance profitability.

Mentorship and Guidance: Direct and support Analysts and Consultants, sharing your expertise to foster their professional growth.

Impactful Deliverables: Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations tailored to your audience, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work with existing clients, contributing to our growth and success.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or the life sciences industry.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior-level clients.

- A collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

- Knowledgeable about consulting methodologies and current developments in the life sciences sector.
