Medical Science Liaison, Belgium, Oncology Immunotherapy

IQVIA’s international medical affairs team is seeking to fill a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) position in Belgium. This role is part of an expanding oncology-focused team.

Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is dedicated to inventing, developing, and commercializing life-transforming medicines for individuals with serious diseases. Their therapeutic areas include rare diseases, infectious diseases, hematological conditions, and various cancers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide field-based medical affairs support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and local commercial colleagues.
• Support the company's expansion into new European markets.
• Work with an EMA-approved PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor indicated for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
• Engage with new indications in clinical development and other oncology assets in phase III.

Skills and Experience:

• Current experience in a similar MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry in Belgium.
• Extensive knowledge in oncology, particularly in immunotherapy, melanoma, or lung cancer.
• Experience with prelaunch products is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Strong scientific background (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc preferred).
• Full-time work eligibility in Belgium.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Valid driving license.
