Job Overview

This position provides the opportunity to be part of a small impactful team under People Analytics and Reporting Center of Excellence in Human Resources function that helps to shape and deliver IQVIA’s People Analytics Roadmap.

The team develops, enhances, and utilizes human resources data analytics tools providing a single source of truth for analytics and reporting. The tools contain information related to IQVIA’s current and historical workforce, talent acquisition, planning, and financial metrics and serves HR, business managers and other stakeholders.

The project will focus on implementation and ongoing updates to Analytics solutions as well as recommend ongoing improvements to system-embedded dashboard solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated former consultant that wants to immediately get involved with the work underway and support the implementation and associated change management needed to operationalize innovative people data solutions.  

We are seeking an intellectually curious individual with strong communication skills to develop analytics dashboards, present projects and initiatives and become the bridge between our HR global leaders and our People Analytics team.

Essential Functions
•    Under close supervision, performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of project issues and the development of project specific solutions.
•    Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the roadmap project work through the delivery of the project and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
•    Under direct supervision, assists with the review and analysis of project requirements or problems and assists in the development of solutions.
•    Under direct supervision, conducts analyses to validate data loads work properly and are accurate; helps to diagnose any data issues identified.
•    Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
•    Assists in the design and structure of presentations that are appropriate for the audience, most commonly to the project team and leadership.
•    Project based responsibilities as assigned and closely managed by Strategic Projects Manager.
•    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for data protection in respect to content, security and access of information contained within the deliverables


Qualifications: 
•    Undergraduate degree required (Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Computer-related)
•    2-3 years management consulting experience
•    High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

  • Utilize programs like Python or other data analysis tools.

  • Tackle big data questions and perform high-end data analytics.

•    Strong attention to detail in deliverable creation
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Problem solving and Data Analytics skills (people analytics experience is a +)
•    Willingness to learn and adapt work style as necessary

  • Ability to understand business and customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical and organizational and project management skills

• Ability to maintain demanding timelines, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities

• Ability to work independently and as a team player
•    Highly proficient English language skills
