Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for solution ideation, design and implementation
• Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution
• Using the enterprise architecture guidelines and approved tools, come up with architecture patterns, security mechanism, tools & technologies
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures
• Follow the enterprise process for Architectural approvals
• Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
• Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standard guidelines of technology solutions.
• Influences changes to standards when necessary
• Assists domain architecture team on solutions management and timing of financial spend for application solutions.
• Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
• Provides analysis of security protection technologies and introduces as part of architecture
• Optimization of infrastructure and technologies to reduce costs for the overall solution
• Performance Tuning techniques to meet the timely processing and delivery of solutions

Experience

• 12+ years of overall experiences in IT solution development
• 6+ years or architectural experience with 2+years as Solution Architect
• Strong Experience in Pharmaceutical domain
• Experience building data warehousing and web applications in AWS/Azure
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Working experience and hands on implementing data warehouse/data mart solutions on Snowflake, Databricks and Redshift
• Working experience and hands on developing web applications/RestfuAPI, application services using Node.js, Python, Angular and Mongo DB
• Working experience on AWS and Azure environments
• Experience optimizing processes and resources to reduce time to
• Experience building solutions optimized for operations and support and reduce costs
• Ability to manage cross functions teams across geographies and teams
• Experience guiding junior members of the team including Technical Architects, Project Managers, Developers and testers with strong knowledge of the solution and applications
• Experience designing testing architecture for optimal and effective testing. Review test cases and provide guidance
• Design Security architecture and implement solutions with best in class security

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $142,800.00 - $265,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
