Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Data Strategy Partner, US. This is a strategic sales role where you will lead the management and expansion of US data sets, including the enterprise patient data set (eLAAD). You will be the go-to expert for Business Development (BD) and the expansion of data for new business use cases. This role is crucial in supporting change management and realizing the full value of our US datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Innovate:Drive the integration and coordination of global data, ensuring seamless delivery and identifying new analytics use cases.
  • Strategic Sales Partner:Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and address their business needs, leveraging a deep understanding of various US data sets (national, subnational, patient data, etc.).
  • Global Oversight:Partner closely with US RBU leads to ensure global data integration and analytics.
  • Client Engagement:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key Commercial Operations stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Drive Sales Growth:Achieve financial and strategic growth goals by defending, maintaining, and growing our Information Solutions offerings.
  • Innovative Solutions:Create high-value information solutions for client use cases, leveraging both new and existing Commercial Operations investments.
  • Data Analytics:Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to aggregate, analyze, and interpret various US data sets, providing actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Commercial Operations business plan.
  • Lead the execution of information strategy and commercial support for product launches.
  • Optimize core contracts based on client needs and lead negotiations for large multi-year contracts.
  • Collaborate with IQVIA service lines, solution sales, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive customer value.
  • Be an information expert, focusing on patient data and the broader information ecosystem.
  • Aggregate and utilize various US data sets, including DDD, Plantrack, Syndicated data (sub-national), Rx sales, patient data, Sales data, Xponent, FIA/LAAD, to create new business use cases.
  • Process and offer the eLAAD data to develop innovative use cases, with a strong focus on maximizing its potential.
  • Apply data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Participate in all available training to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience:5-8 years of experience in healthcare information and/or commercial operations preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in IQVIA US Data sets, including DDD, Plantrack, Syndicated data (sub-national), Rx sales, patient data, Sales data, Xponent, FIA/LAAD.
    • Ability to aggregate and utilize data effectively for business use cases.
    • Strong understanding of how to process and leverage eLAAD data to create new use cases.
    • Proficiency in data analytics techniques and tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent client engagement skills, with a focus on changing perspectives and driving customer-centric solutions.
    • Proven ability to drive strategic business development and achieve sales targets.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $134,200.00 - $290,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
