On behalf of our Client an important pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a motivated and passionate CRM Team Support

He/she will join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team for the Pharmaceutical Division.

The role will contribute to the management and optimization of our CRM processes and platforms, supporting the team in enhancing customer engagement and achieving our strategic business objectives.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the maintenance and administration of the CRM database (Veeva), including updating training documentation, monitoring data integrity, and supporting user requests
• Support the CRM team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and analysing campaign performance
• Assist in the management of customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction
• Work with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations that highlight CRM insights and achievements
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM software and tools and learn how to leverage these platforms for business success

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in similar roles within multinational environments
• Strong interest in CRM systems and understanding of basic marketing/sales principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
• Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willing to learn new software tools (Salesforce CRM, Veeva Suite)
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
