Job Description

Ensuring strong Ceuta Healthcare relationships in order to achieve profitable sales and distribution of the clients’ products in line with clients’ and company objectives and operating standards.

Relationship

  • Ensure strong communications between Ceuta employed team, syndicated teams, DR GM and DR Marketing Manager . All parties should be fully aligned and resolve issues quickly

Commercial

  • Reporting business performance in line with DR requirements
  • Budget monitoring across all brands
  • Work with Ceuta Finance team on issue resolution – eg outstanding approvals, corrections to claims etc
  • Work with Ceuta Customer Services to ensure resolution of consumer and trade queries

Forecasting

  • Set up, in line with DRL global input, and maintain Demand Plans by Customer and SKU, which then feeds up into DRL production
  • Ensure forecast accuracy through measurement vs actual sales

Working across the functional teams

  • Understand overall costs of marketing and trade marketing, ensuring visible and accurate trackers in place. These must tie into the approval processes.
  • Input into ATL and BTL strategy with your local knowledge and experience, and drawing on wider Ceuta insights from other departments

Career Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within healthcare
  • Previous experience of working with trade customers.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing would be advantageous
  • Experience in a similar, faced paced, environment is preferred

Qualifications

  • Excellent standard of general education, including Math and English
  • Degree educated (or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and forecast accordingly.
  • A strong understanding of the key financial measures that drive effective performance, including ROI calculations, promotional evaluation, return on capital employed and sales modelling.
  • A strong understanding of the UK market, key drivers, channel characteristics, challenges and issue.
  • Ability to use data, brand knowledge and strong team connections to resolve issues.
  • Ability to use Power Point to an intermediate level in order to create compelling
    presentations and confidently present them to both customers and clients.
