For our Real World Solutions team based in Prague, we’re currently looking for an Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Analyst that will be working on various RWS projects, such as comprehensive literature reviews and evidence searches, performing resource use exercises, etc.

Leveraging IQVIA’s internal data and external sources (i.e. epidemiology data, healthcare resource use and cost data), you’ll have the chance to work on the development of cost-effectiveness (CEA), budget-impact (BIM) and cost-of-illness models. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in writing detailed HTA/Outcome Research (OR) reports/dossiers and providing essential support to the HTA Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive HTA and OR Materials: Craft documents for cost-effectiveness and budget-impact analyses using both local and international resources.
• Conduct Systematic Literature/Evidence Searches: Perform thorough reviews in selected areas and for specific products.
• Prepare Health Economic Model Inputs: Create costing sheets, resource use items, and local reimbursement tariffs for cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models.
• Design and Validate Questionnaires for clinical experts and patients.
• Retrieve Epidemiological Data: Gather data for eligible patient populations to inform HTA projects.
• Create Structured HTA Reports: Develop comprehensive HTA reports, including clinical and health-economic sections.
• Stay Informed on Legislation and Regulations: Keep up-to-date with the latest legislation and regulations through seminars, lectures, and individual training.

Required Qualifications:

• MSc in Lifescience (Pharmacy, Biology, etc) / Statistical Science / Economics with proven track record
• Good knowledge of lifescience industry dynamics with particular attention to Health Economics and Market Access topics
• Previous experience in Pharma Consulting (health economics/outcome research) will be considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and to meet (challenging) deadlines
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Eagerness to work at the forefront of pharma and healthcare innovation
