Job Description

Designation: Senior Analyst- Customer Excellence

Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Life Science or related field 
•    Minimum 3 year's direct experience in business intelligence roles, customer support roles, business or market research analyst or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•    Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science Industry together with data analysis is ideal. 
•    Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel and Powerpoint
•    Strong knowledge of VBA language and Macros development in Excel
•    Experience working with LinkedIn SalesNavigator is a plus.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)
•    Experience working with Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Tools for Market Research purposes (mainly IQVIA proprietary tools and systems).
•    Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work and to feel confident in a matrix organization.
•    Fluent in English, additional European languages would also be advantageous.
•    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers and customers.
•    Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks
•    Ability to maintain demanding timelines
