Essential Functions

• Collaborate and Learn:Work under direct supervision to review and analyze client requirements or problems, and assist in developing innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Specifications:Help create detailed documentation and specifications that drive project success.
• Analytical Skills:Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop tailored solutions.
• Presentation Skills:Design and structure presentations that effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
• Continuous Learning:Proactively develop your knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through hands-on engagements and learning opportunities.
• Teamwork:Engage in responsibilities assigned and closely managed by experienced Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required:Marketing, business administration, economics, pharmacy, consumer behavior, or life sciences.
• Experience:Around 1 year of experience in consulting, market research, trade marketing, or consulting health sectors.
• Preferred Experience:Supporting strategic projects and familiarity with consumer panel data, point of sale data.
• Data Analysis:Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, or consumer-related data analysis.
• Language Skills:Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Technical Skills:Solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and client presentations.
