We’re seeking a  Assoc Mgr./Mgr./Sr Mgr. of Lab Operations - Flow Cytometry to lead our dynamic clinical trials team. In this role, you’ll manage flow cytometry testing, ensure precision, and oversee daily lab activities to support high-throughput research.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise lab tasks, delegate assignments, and train/develop staff

- Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot issues.

- Manage resources, review budgets, and evaluate new technologies.

- Develop SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

- Foster teamwork and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in a regulated lab environment

- Strong expertise in flow cytometry and lab procedures

- Effective communicator with team leadership skills
