Job Overview
Provides operational leadership (staffing and budgeting) for a group of client service professionals with primary responsibility for client service in their domain. Focuses on identifying and executing departmental efficiencies.

Essential Functions

  • Plans and directs resources to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consults with clients on the uses of IQVIA products and services, developing solutions to client problems, as well as assessing the needs and developing methodologies to ensure account service teams are adequately trained and performing at optimal levels.
  • Builds, develops and provides leadership within a client service team.
  • Increases CDH productivity by leveraging automation, generative AI, and collaborating with the offshore hub.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Pref
  • Nine (9) years related work experience Req
  • Two (2) years experience as an IQVIA Client Service Rep Pref
  • Expert knowledge of the concepts, practices, reporting quality & integrity and procedures of the client service representative field.
  • Expert knowledge of IQVIA products.
  • Experience developing and managing others.
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Business acumen (knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the applications for IQVIA data).
  • Change management/process analysis skills (e.g. business process re-engineering).
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to train/present and deal tactfully with clients.
  • Project management experience in overseeing or contributing in complex, multi-discipline projects.
    Managerial skills, including a strong focus on team building.
  • Knowledge of IQVIA databases and report creation process.
  • Adapt easily to new and challenging environments.
  • Thrive in situations that are unfamiliar and challenging.
  • Embrace discomfort and unfamiliarity with confidence.
  • Handle unfamiliar and uncomfortable situations with ease.
  • Make informed and prompt decisions.  
  • Assist with managing IQVIA projects.
  • Travel to clients and IQVIA offices is required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $125,700.00 - $256,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
