Head of Sales - Dermatology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Drive sales initiatives across all territories and channels with a hybrid sales approach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented sales team. Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
  • Customer & Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgetary planning, profit & loss (P&L) management, and expense control. Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with our strategic objectives. Collaborate with marketing and commercial to align sales activities with brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical, skincare, or FMCG industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor sales teams.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the OTC pharmaceutical, skincare, or FMCG industries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at resource allocation and develop long-term strategies.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive and driven approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
