Job Overview

The Senior Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and improving overall business performance across various departments and functions. This position involves strategic planning to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets and financial information, including validating correct revenue transfers for recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions.
• Lead and manage projects related to business planning, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize sales and revenue goals through financial, proposal, and contractual support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in analytical roles focused on business growth and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of financial information.
• Experience with forecasting models and project management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial and business intelligence tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Peoplesoft Finance, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
