About the Role

Your expertise as a Senior Backend Engineer will be vital in driving the evolution of our terminology server. You will be responsible for building cutting-edge Java features and optimizing current functionalities, directly impacting how disparate healthcare systems connect. This is a unique chance for a passionate engineer to contribute deeply to a critical platform that is fundamentally transforming healthcare connectivity.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

Three (3) years (preferably 5 yrs) of experience in systems analysis/application programming

Java 17+ programming language skills

SQL and NoSQL database skills

REST API design and development skills (Spring 6)

What You’ll Do

Designing APIs and backend services that will support the integration of healthcare systems and provide new features for our terminology management platform

Writing automated tests to ensure that every aspect of the application functions correctly and efficiently

Work together with the team to address customer issues and improve customer relations by delivering resolutions quickly and efficiently.

Nice-to-Haves:

JavaScript/TypeScript skills

Experience with Elasticsearch or the Elastic stack.
