POSTULER MAINTENANT

Description du poste

IQVIA is investing in the next generation of analytics infrastructure through our Tier 1 Insights Platform. This syndicated analytics suite is designed to deliver scalable, modular, and reusable insights to life sciences clients and IQVIA internal teams.

We are seeking a Principal – Tech to lead the internal enablement and adoption of Tier 1 products across IQVIA consulting and delivery teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in analytics, platform deployment, stakeholder engagement, and technical fluency. You will serve as the bridge between platform product owners and internal power users, ensuring IQVIA teams can consume, configure, and extend Tier 1 modules to accelerate their impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal technical liaison for Tier 1 product rollout, onboarding IQVIA user groups across multiple business units.
  • Partner with product owners and data engineers to translate backend data structures and methods into usable templates, workflows, and documentation for internal delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain training guides, use cases, and enablement materials for IQVIA teams using Tier 1 modules in client work.
  • Manage intake and support tickets related to Tier 1 internal usage; coordinate with Platform Engineering for prioritization and resolution.
  • Act as the internal customer success lead for high-priority teams (e.g., Analytics & Brand Insights / ABI), ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact.
  • Participate in UAT and configuration testing for newly launched modules, particularly around internal use cases or ABI integration.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse certified methods and ARDs across Tier 2 and Tier 3 IQVIA workstreams; advocate for product enhancements where needed.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in healthcare analytics, commercial pharma, consulting, or enterprise platform deployment.
  • Proven experience rolling out new tools or platforms to internal users, including change management, training, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data assets (e.g., LAAD, claims, eligibility, or formulary).
  • Technical fluency in SQL, Tableau, or Snowflake strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in productized analytics environments is a strong plus.
