Salesforce Effectiveness Associate Consultant
Description du poste
IQVIA global delivery center is a growing organization with opportunities across different dimension in Analytics & Statistical & Machine learning. Teams are expected to evolve over a period & it is expected that we think out of comfort area & pitch in to come up with process automation, better turnaround time & innovation. In addition, you will receive the opportunity to shape your development through monthly / quarterly conversations with your manager.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver best value and high-quality service. Check own work in an ongoing way to ensure first-time quality.
• Use efficient programming techniques on patient data, EMR data & claims datasets.
• Proven team management experience. Person should have led team of more than 5 resources & helped them upskill.
• Assist in the production tracking & work on ad-hoc requests
• Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
Skillset Required:
• 2-4 years of experience in salesforce effectiveness
• Experience in Segmentation and Targeting Projects for HCP’s
• Proficiency in SAS & SQL. Candidate is expected to have knowledge of macro programming & SQL.
• Knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting process.
• Experience in Healthcare or Pharm industry is a plus.
• Team Management experience is a plus.
• Ability to successfully work together with a (“virtual”) team (including international teams as required) as well as independently.
• Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives.
• Show commitment to and perform consistently deliver high quality work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change.
• Business/operational skills that include customer focus, commitment to quality management, and problem solving.
• Competent in written and oral English.
