Job Overview:Join our dynamic team at IQVIA, where you'll play a key role in managing our accounting systems and controls. You'll provide valuable insights through monthly cost analysis and assist in preparing forecasts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
• Support accounting entries and financial data integration for newly acquired businesses.
• Offer finance leaders insightful analysis on monthly financial results and timesheet data.
• Participate in our monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles.
• Prepare Monthly Business Review reports and update standardized scorecards.
• Provide accurate financial information to support various finance groups, including our Tax Team.
• Collaborate with auditors to complete annual legal entity audits.
• Take on additional responsibilities, such as supporting M&A integration activities.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

• Strong numeracy skills and experience in a financial role.
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff within finance and operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience needed in accounting (GL accounting ideally), statuary ac., reporting and financial analysis.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified or part-qualified AAT/ACCA.
• Experience with Hyperion, PeopleSoft, and Blackline, or relevant higher education qualifications.
• Knowledge about IFRS (ideally), GAAP (nice to have)
