Über die Rolle
Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von ITP- Projekten im Umfeld von medizinischen Abrechnungssystemen. Sie arbeiten an zentralen Modernisierungs- und Transformationsprogrammen – einschließlich Cloud-Migration, Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätssicherung und der Einführung moderner DevOps-Methoden.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Projektmanagement
- Validierung und Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Anforderungen, Zeitplänen und Budgets
- Steuerung aller Projektphasen (Konzeption, Implementierung, Test, Rollout).
- Einhaltung relevanter Standards.
- Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement.
- Verantwortung für erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement
- Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen im Gesundheitswesen.
- Moderation von Workshops und Regelterminen.
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Statusberichten.
Change- und Transformationsmanagement
- Analyse von Veränderungen und deren Auswirkungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien.
- Mitwirkung bei Schulungskonzepten.
Evaluierung & Optimierung
- Bewertung des Projektfortschritts anhand definierter KPIs.
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung.

Ihr Profil
- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement.
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse moderner Projektmethoden.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
