Job Overview:

Responsible for performing and documenting PBMC isolations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for performing and documenting phenotypic and functional PBMC quality controls in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Develop and implement strategy for IQVIA Laboratories Sustainability program.

Responsible for performing and documenting PBMC isolation training for customers (may involve travel abroad) and internal staff.

Responsible for biobank management in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Identifies and documents potential performance errors or otherwise unusual results and escalates to senior personnel.

Lead blood cell isolation, cryopreservation, quality control, blood-product logistics, and biobank management for the IQVIA Laboratories In Vitro Immunology business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in biomedical sciences or equivalent.
  • Solid background in immunology or hematology.
  • Effective scientific communication in English (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Expertise in primary cell culture, magnetic bead-based isolation, and advanced flow cytometry.
