Territory Business Manager

Eindhoven, Netherlands | Full time | Field-based | R1553206

Location – Region Southeast Netherlands

In this role, you will lead the sales of clients’ products and services, driving growth in your territory by executing strategic plans and partnering with your line manager to deliver on key performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s brands and manage product sales within your territory.
  • Take ownership of your region by identifying innovative approaches, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate these into a relevant sales strategy in collaboration with your Line Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic business plan aligned with company standards and best practices, with guidance from your Line Manager.
  • Execute the full range of sales activities, from introducing new products to delivering presentations and customer training, ensuring all stakeholders receive clear and consistent key messages.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals.

Knowledge & skills required

  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory
  • Good understanding of key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, particularly in wound and skin care in The Netherlands
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Results-driven, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and market analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad
  • Valid driving license

Experience required

Previous experience in field sales within a medical environment

Education

Higher professional education (HBO) in a commercial or medical field, or equivalent through relevant experience

Languages

Native-level Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken
