Voor ons HTA & Market Access team zoeken wij een Senior Consultant / Associate Director (afhankelijk van ervaring) met aantoonbare expertise in gezondheidseconomie, HTA en/of Market Access binnen Nederland.
Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen en indienen van vergoedingsdossiers bij o.a. Zorginstituut Nederland en Zorgverzekeraars Nederland en bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
Rol
Als senior expert ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van vergoedingsdossiers. Je combineert inhoudelijk leiderschap met projectmanagement en draagt bij aan de groei van het team en de business.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiding nemen in HTA- en Market Access-projecten
- Ontwikkelen en reviewen van vergoedingsdossiers
- Adviseren over prijs-, vergoedings- en markttoegangsstrategieën
- Coördineren van projecten en bewaken van kwaliteit en deadlines
- Aansturen en coachen van consultants
- Volgen van (inter)nationale ontwikkelingen in het veld
- Onderhouden van klantrelaties en fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner
- Bijdragen aan business development (±20–30%)
Profiel
- 3–10 jaar ervaring in HTA/Market Access (industrie of consultancy)
- Diepgaande kennis van het Nederlandse zorg- en vergoedingssysteem
- Master in biomedische wetenschappen, gezondheidseconomie, farmacie of vergelijkbaar
- Sterke analytische, communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en projectleiding
- Vloeiend Nederlands en uitstekend Engels
- Impactvolle rol in toegang tot innovatieve behandelingen
- Sleutelpositie in groeiende afdeling
