Unsere Kolleg:innen bei Real World Solutions brauchen Unterstützung! Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt Du uns bei der Durchführung von prospektiven und retrospektiven epidemiologischen / nicht-interventionellen Studien von der Planung bis zum Projektabschluss und übernimmst dabei ab dem ersten Tag eigene Aufgaben. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektmanagern erhältst Du erste Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement und einen umfassenden Einblick in verschiedenste Aspekte der Versorgungsforschung.
Deine Aufgaben
Organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
Erstellung von PowerPoint- und Excel-Dokumenten
Recherche und Dokumentation zu diversen Themen
Unterstützung der Studiendurchführung, z. B. Projektmanagement: Unterstützung bei und Vorbereitung von Ethikeinreichungen,Zentren-Honorierung, Erstellung von Studiennewslettern u.v.m.
Studienzentren-Management: Unterstützung bei Vertragserstellung, Zentren-Akquise per Telefonkampagnen
Operatives Management: Versendung von Studienmaterialien, Verträgen etc.
Optional bei entsprechender Qualifikation: Aufbereitung von Daten, Arbeit mit Accessdatenbanken, SAS-Programmierung
Dein Profil
Du befindest Dich in einem Studium mit naturwissenschaftlichem oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt.
Du kannst regelmäßig zwischen 15 und 20 Stunden in der Woche arbeiten.
Du bist an einem längerfristigen Studentenjob interessiert, der gerne über mehrere Semester andauern kann.
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint und Word) und Grundkenntnisse in Excel.
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
Zudem bist Du gut organisiert, sehr eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst, hoch motiviert und hast Sinn für Humor? Perfekt!
