Aufgaben
Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Postannahme und den Postversand an die Vertragspartner.
Zudem bist Du für die Archivierung und Bereitstellung von Dokumenten und Datenträgern zuständig.
Du bist ebenfalls für die Vorbereitung der Belege für die Belegdigitalisierung verantwortlich.
Routiniert erledigst Du die Trennung, Registrierung, Etikettierung des Posteingangs von Beleggut und Datenträgern.
Sortierung eingehender Tagespost nach Vertragsbereichen und Diagnosen.
Profil
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/ oder Erfahrung aus dem Produktionsgewerbe sind wünschenswert. Sowohl als Berufserfahrener oder Quer-/Neueinsteiger bist Du bei uns willkommen.
Du verfügst über eine präzise, systematische, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Du bringst eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit mit.
Du kannst uns für mindestens 35 Wochenstunden von Montag bis Freitag im Rahmen einer Gleitzeit mit Kernarbeitszeit zur Verfügung stehen inklusive Homeoffice Option.
