The Disabilities and Carers Network was born from a desire to drive awareness, appreciation and improvements in belonging and accessibility for the disabled community in the workplace, the healthcare industry and clinical research.
Our group creates a judgement-free, open and honest space for all employees to share their insights and learn from one another. Through the community's professional development, mentoring and networking opportunities, our members work together to drive advancements in belonging, engagement and representation.
