2. Audit your resume like a recruiter
Ask your AI tool to act like an IQVIA recruiter reviewing your resume for the job you’re applying for. Then prompt it with: “What gaps or red flags might you see? What would make this stand out more?” The feedback you get can help you fine-tune your application from the hiring team’s perspective — but use caution: some AI tools may recommend buzzwords or advanced technical skills to “optimize” your resume. Be sure the result is still accurate.
3. Research our company
