From our IQVIA onboarding app to our onboarding buddy program to learning technologies, we’re sharing steps you’ll experience along your onboarding journey at IQVIA.
During the “Get Ready” phase, you will have the opportunity to connect with your future manager, who will provide important information about your first day. This is an opportunity to discuss any questions you might have to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
During your first week, you will have the opportunity to meet your peers. You will also meet your onboarding buddy – a colleague assigned to help you navigate your first weeks at IQVIA. During this phase, we’ll also help you set up essential tools, technologies and other resources that’ll drive your success.
As you embark on your journey with us, you will have the opportunity to utilize the IQVIA onboarding app which will serve as your comprehensive guide through each step of the onboarding process. This platform is designed to facilitate your connection with our company and culture, while enabling your professional growth. Throughout the "Learn" phase, the app's content will provide valuable insights to help you grasp the bigger picture, setting you up for success in your new role.

During the "Connect" phase of your onboarding journey, we empower you to build your personal brand while forging meaningful relationships with colleagues across various teams. To support your networking efforts, your manager and onboarding buddy will facilitate introductions to key employees, enabling you to expand your internal network. We strongly encourage you to engage with one of our Employee Resource Groups, as they provide opportunities to gain different perspectives and truly become an integral part of our passionate community.
