The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a key partner in aiding the business growth. Within this team we have seen substantial investment in both people and technology over the past 3 years.

The role supports the strategic hiring plans for our Technology and Commercial Solutions (T&CS) Global business group. The T&CS group has grown substantially over the past 3 years and continues to drive the overall IQVIA business with state-of-the-art technology services and a client focused mentality.

The primary focus of this role will be to identify, attract and hire the most talented professionals across a variety of positions and levels with the T&CS group.  There is a keen focus on hiring technology experts however this role will also work with our sales and consulting teams. With limited guidance, provide comprehensive support to management teams across assigned service within T&CS.

The T&CS Talent Acquisition team have built incredible partnerships with the hiring community over the past 3 years and we are now looking for a client centric, customer focused TA expert to join the team here in the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a trusted business partner to the key hiring communities within the T&CS organisation
  • Partner with stakeholders to source, select and hire best in class candidates using cost-effective techniques
  • Proactively manage our ATS (Workday) and CRM (Yello) systems to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting metrics
  • Constantly push for an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Look to improve on what is in place already and educate hiring teams on the importance of an expertly led and conducted interview process
  • Review applications and conduct effective interviews with potential candidates, providing support throughout all stages of the application and hiring process.
  • Drive performance based and positive partnership with key suppliers
  • With guidance, provide coaching and counselling to functional business leaders and hiring managers to effectively support staffing goals
  • Advise and influence internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required
  • Become a trusted advisor to the business by keeping abreast of market trends and demands that may impact the company’s ability to attract the right calibre of candidate and work with the business to provide solutions

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Software/Web Development, Testing, 1st/2nd/3rd line Tech support, UX Design, Product Marketing and Management, Sales Enablement (go to market strategies)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the Technology industry – a passion about the industry would certainly be advantageous
  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house) that includes supporting global organisations with the talent acquisition of junior to senior professional profiles, ideally across multiple European countries
  • Significant direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
  • Proven stakeholder management experience at a mid/senior level with the ability to influence, and confidence to positively challenge existing thinking
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking/recruitment CRM (Workday, Yello) Systems is essential.
  • Fluent English

  • Proven experience within a Talent Acquisition function or client focused agency
  • A proactive approach to recruitment
  • Expert organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence others
  • Passion for working as a team player and liaising with people across the entire organisation
