As an Operations Director, your role will heavily involve project leadership, management, delivery and process building. You will be given the opportunity to work on one of the word's most renowned pharmaceutical businesses and provide your expertise in ensuring/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for project management oversight within one of our largest strategic accounts where you will be involved in developing and implementing processes, compliance and ensuring effective project execution. You will be working across a range of therapeutic areas (mainly Oncology) and be the main bridge between IQVIA and the customer. It is essential that you have strong R&D and Clinical Research experience along with have a strong attention to detail, communication skills and are able to implement continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Delivery oversight for all project work in line with model goals being around model effectiveness (meeting 92% of study milestones), partnership and innovation.  
  • Direct the delivery against key metrics, milestones, and contractual obligations  - meet quality, time, financial objectives through internal monthly performance review forums and participation in relevant KPI working groups.
  • Prepare & support delivery of the model governance quarterly and other meeting plus monthly MPRs  with TA heads across Oncology, CVRM and RIA.
  • Drive IQVIA SME contribution in the selected model Continuous Improvement Committee (CIC). 
  • Support & drive escalations across all main TAs 
  • Communicate key customer expectations and reorg changes impact
  • Ensure IQ best practices are adhered to 
  • Optimization existing model processes 
  • Support the review of pipeline & future opportunities with operational input
  • Support strategic initiatives


  • Strong experience within the clinical trial/R&D/Pharmaceutical industries
  • Oncology experience would be highly beneficial
  • Delivery & Project Management expertise with experience in developing new processes.
  • Fluent English and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
