Sales Manager Hospital Belux
Build relationship with KEY Hospitals in BELUX and deliver the right services with the Sales team where needed.
Propose and monitor a specific discount and contract policy for hospital channel. Participate and work out tender orders.
Pro-actively look for new opportunities/collaborations with hospital- and purchase groupings for the in-hospital promoted portfolio.
Support Marketing by being the extended brand team member in the field. Provide and collect necessary field information that could help the marketing department to develop the right strategy and tools.
Play important role in order to detect and visit the right KEY customers for screening new opportunities and future product launches.
Facilitate market screenings and ADBOARD organisations to collect info on new strategies/materials. Work closely together with medical to provide access to KOL's.
Provide marketing department with 3-monthly CRM field reports.
SALES TEAM LEAD
Manage the Field Sales team by developing individual business plans, area and territory targets and account plans by geographical area/product.
Contribute to the appraisal system by rolling out individual territory bonus targets to assess objective performance.
Organize on a regular basis SF team meetings to align on business strategies, train new materials and set up intermediate targets where needed.
Train sales force pro-actively in Sales tactics + develop individual development plans for each KAM/Salesrep.
Monitor regulary sales results by territory and propose corrective actions in case of low performance.
Contribute pro-actively to a positive team atmosphere.
Manage and follow-up all relevant SF reportings in CRM system.
