Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director of Patient Data Governance (PDG), the Sr. Patient Data Governance Analyst will be responsible for providing leadership, program management support, and Information Governance (IG) best practices across the company. The Senior Analyst will work alongside Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT and other key stakeholders. This position will assess current and developing risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement of company information governance.


  • Create processes that lead to the standardization of how data can be utilized with minimal risk
  • Review and respond to tickets in an effort to identify gaps of service and potential risks
  • Change management by developing communication strategies and providing trainings that build awareness around proper information governance
  • Act as subject matter experts for product information/data governance
  • Build strong cross-organizational relationships by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to facilitate data governance and link data management practices to achieve business value
  • Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with the development and implementation of Information Governance and Records Management Programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create timely, accurate and succinct written communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior management, mid-level management and end-users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action and drive collaborative projects to a successful outcome;
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and to derive workable actions;
  • Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the organization;
  • Strong relationship building skills with flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change;
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience leading workstreams or small teams
  • Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred
  • Understanding of logistics and distribution processes and Specialty Pharmacy data
  • Experience in building data visualization dashboards
  • Ability to find the story within the data and translate technical concepts into simple yet impactful insights and understandable recommendations
