TheDigital Enablement team within IQVIA was purpose built to provide new and novel solutions spanning data transformation/management (healthcare provider)/Consumer marketing consultation, and advanced analytics. The Digital Enablement Operations and Delivery/Insights group is the team that executes measurement projects using these new and novel solutions from start to finish, coordinating withexpert teams throughout the process including clinicians, statisticians, and others while providing strategic guidance to our clients.

We are seeking a consultant for the Measurement, Methodology and Tech Operations (MM&T) team within Digital Enablement business unit. Successful candidates will leverage their logical and analytical skillset in areas such as data mining, key performance indicator (KPI) calculation and platform report validation. Through true collaboration with client and partner teams, this professional will be capable of acquiring, massaging, cleansing and structuring data from multiple sources to enable rich analytics and reporting to drive business decisions.


  • Collaborate with project leads and clients to gather business requirements

  • Translate client business problems into analytical problems and recommend data and analytical approaches/methodology to address business problems/issues

  • Collaborate with Data Management, Tech and offshore teams to ensure clear, correct and complete inflow and load of campaign data to enable rich analytics within reporting platforms

  • Extract and process data from databases and other data marts to support assignments

  • Perform and effectively communicate the results of rigorous data validation and quality assurance, independently and in conjunction with the other teams

  • Thoroughly analyze and identify the root cause of the platform report issues and solve them, or provide recommendations to team members for the same

  • Support documentation efforts to improve reporting platform sustainability, scalability and improve processes

  • Under direction of senior team members, conduct analyses using advanced analytics techniques such as customer segmentation and targeting, and ROI analysis

  • Help create and analyze meaningful performance reports/analytic output as per the requirements and instructions

  • Present recommendations to client to help drive results for client campaigns and larger business objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, finance or other quantitative field required. Master’s degree, preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in executing analytics assignments with experience in quantitative digital marketing arena preferred

  • Experience in the pharma industry and/or knowledge of IQVIA datasets (Xponent, Medical Claims, OneKey, etc.) preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced level skills in SQL, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Tableau

  • Intermediate skills in R, Python and/or SAS programming

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with large extracts and data manipulation techniques

  • Good understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design (hypothesis testing) preferred

  • Keen attention to detail and track record of delivering high-quality analyses

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Self-discipline to plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines

  • Able to support presentation of quantitative results to client teams

  • The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with industry issues and trends and have a keen understanding of related businesses in the pharma/healthcare vertical.
